I guess I should start to write about this! Ok, so let's start from Thursday, Sept 19!

So, in order to get there around the same time as my friends, my flight was at 6 AM, and since I have no car, I had to book an airport shuttle, which was coming at 3 AM. And me being me, I didn't get to bed till midnight or so? Because the most important thing I had to do the previous day was, clearly, to make my awesome uchiwa.

And also finish my part of the assignment before I left. And did I mention that I had a test the following Tuesday for the most dull, yet complicated class this semester? How screwed was I? Immensely, because I also missed the first 2 classes while I was at Disney. Way to show how low of a priority school is for you. T_T

But what's more important? Life experiences that will make you happy for a long time or a (very expensive) piece of paper? I'm digressing. Anyways, I stayed up late, took a shower and woke up ridiculously early to finish packing. I waited outside for the shuttle, when it started to thunder, followed by intense rainfall. It was getting super close to my pick up time, so obviously I was obsessively checking the flight status to make sure it's not delayed. I think my friend was also up around this time, so I was chatting while she got ready to go to the airport. The shuttle finally came, about 15 mins late because of the massive downpour.

So we were just driving along, and I was the only person on there, therefore no matter how much I wanted to sleep, I stayed awake and was checking Google maps to see where we were. I'm not a paranoid person, but I've watched way too many Criminal Minds episodes to be completely at ease. At one point, it went into a residential area, away from the airport, and I had so much adrenaline running through me, until I realized we were just picking up someone else. It was like 4 AM, on a dark and stormy morning, so you can get why I, a young lady alone in a van, was on such high alert!

Anyways, got to the airport, got to the gate, anxiously kept checking for flight delays, but thankfully there were none! The flight actually took off in the midst of the rain and lightning, which looked soo cool when I was within it! I ended up sleeping through the rest of the flight though. I landed in LA, decided to get some breakfast, and relax, since I had a 3 hr layover.

I was talking to someone on tumblr a few weeks before, who was also flying from Austin and going to the concert, and I decided to text her. Turns out she also had a long layover, so we hung out, got some food and talked till I had to board my flight.

Somehow, I ended up sitting in the middle of a 3 seat section, which doesn't make sense because I ALWAYS pick the window seat! It was annoying, but I dealt with it. I tried to study a little, but I actually fell asleep while reading. When I woke up again, I decided to watch Roommate (Japanese movie). That was seriously messed up. Anyways, we were about to land, and I was super excited!

I finally arrived in Honolulu! I couldn't believe I was actually here! There was some time before my friends were supposed to come so I walked around a little bit. They finally arrived, and we were so excited! We went to baggage claim so they could get their stuff, and then booked a shuttle to the hotel. Our shuttle guy was really fun to talk to, and we were freaking out every time we saw an Arashi Blast sign (and there were a lot)!

We were supposed to keep it on the DL that there was a 3rd person staying in the hotel room, because we didn't want to pay extra, so I stood far away while they checked in. I thought there'd be 2 beds but it was a giant king bed. It was big enough for all of us though. We rested for a bit and decided to go to the Arashi Blast store in Shirokiya at Ala Moana Shopping Center, because every 10 mins someone on FB would say that something else was getting sold out.

We got our stuff, went to the Japanese food court, and got something because I hadn't eaten in hours, since it was already midnight for my body, even though it was only 5 PM in Hawaii. I finally got to eat Hiroshimayaki! So delicious~ I've been wanting to try it since I saw it on Cooking with Dog! We shopped around a bit more, and went to the Disney store and Hot Topic (aka The Store That Must Not Be Named). We got back to the hotel, and decided to go to the beach. Did I mention that there was a beach across from our hotel!?

It was pretty dark, but really pleasant outside, so we wanted to dip our feet. And of course, we got ridiculously sandy, and had to put towels everywhere while we waited for the shower. After that we decided to sleep "early" because we had to be up by 6 AM to get ready for snorkeling.

It's super late, and I really should be sleeping so I'll write the other two parts tomorrow night. It's probably going to end up being the same way, with me staying up later than I intended -_-

I haven't really started any new anime since Free Eternal Summer, but I was kinda bored while I was making dinner today, so I decided to start The Devil Is A Part-timer, since it was on Netflix!

It's hilarious! I was kinda hoping it'd be somewhat like Beelzebub (which I still need to finish, but I think I might just start over and marathon it). Anyways, this did not disappoint! I'm almost done the series, and I wish there was a season 2! Ahh, Maou is so lame, but so cool! <3 nbsp="" p="">
But what am I doing, starting all these new shows when there's a month left until exams and there are so many projects and stuff to finish? I'm enjoying myself here finally, so that's all that matters, really. I felt so homesick and exhausted last semester, but I decided to do more stuff this time, and meet more people with similar interests. I guess once I started feeling more happy, I was able to let go of some hangups and be a little more social (only when I want to be though).

By the way, this happiness cloud, that I've been on lately, is from the Arashi concert. Even if it was a month and a half ago, I'm still so happy. It's been my dream (or rather, on my bucket list) for a long time, and it was something I thought would never happen. It's difficult to explain what Arashi is to me. I guess their songs, their shows, their personalities helped me through a lot of things, and I was able to open my mind to a whole different perspective sometimes. One thing that hasn't changed: they can always make me smile.

Interesting enough late night ramblings from me? I should sleep. I got sick somehow last week, and it's being very stubborn. I guess it also doesn't help that I'm up so late everyday. Get this under control already! You're 24 1/2! (Haha)

So, I went to Honolulu over the weekend for the Arashi Blast concert, and just came back yesterday!

There's absolutely no doubt in my mind that it was a mistake to go in the middle of the school year, or kinda be in debt.

There's so many things I want to talk about, like how it was the best night/weekend of my life so far.

But, alas, I have a test tomorrow and class in an hour, so a proper report will have to wait until later.

It's been such  a while since I last updated!

So I did well on my exams, I came home for the summer, and I've had the best one yet! I really missed my home. I know, I know, I'm such a baby for getting so homesick after just being away for 5 months. But it's been tough! The only other time I've kinda been away from home was during first year, and that didn't really count since I would go home every few weeks, mostly whenever I needed to do laundry.

Anyways, on to my awesome summer. Couple of big trips;  I went to NYC with my high school besties for a 4 day trip, and that was just soo amazing, as well as exhausting. I also went to a cottage in a very peaceful area with my family for a week. I don't think I could live there for a long period of time though. The quietness was a little unnerving, and also there was such a weak cell signal.

Other than that, I got to see my friends multiple times to hang out. I didn't realize I missed them so much until I came back. I've made friends in Texas but obviously, I don't connect to anyone at this level yet. Soon, I hope.

I still have a couple more trips coming up! I'm leaving this week to go to Disney World! I'm so excited! I've only been to Disneyland before and that too was a while ago, so I don't remember it too clearly. I'm also going to the Wizarding World which I've been awaiting for years!

And now the most important part: I'm going to see Arashi's 15th anniversary concert in Hawaii!!! I cannot believe that it's actually happening! I had pretty much resigned myself to thinking that I'll just never get to see them in concert in my lifetime, and for the first time, they're letting US and Canadian residents buy tickets! I'm so grateful that my parents are letting me go to this even though it's in the middle of my term!

I'll write a short one, cuz I just woke up and I want to go eat!

It was really fun~ Got to see friends I haven't seen in a long time, and I made new ones! :D
There were a lot of awesome cosplays, and some funny ones! Since it's my 3rd year, I didn't really end up running around and taking pictures of every single cosplay I saw, except Phoenix Wright ones because they are beyond awesomes! XD But I still got a fair amount! I got a lot of them for just two days~!

There was also the JE meeting! It was great meeting more Arashi fans <3 !

I was going to go today, unless there was a storm (which there isn't) but I don't think I can handle it haha.

It was finally sunny yesterday, but I got a little sunburned, by which I don't actually mean sunburned. I get an allergic reaction these days if I'm in the sun too long -_- So I don't want to put my gloves on again and aggravate it.. so just taking it easy at home today!

I bought lots of manga yesterday! Instead of wasting my money on useless stuff, I bought something I'd read! I would have loved to buy shoujo managas, but I can read them online anyways.. and I don't want to just buy a couple of volume from the series! Because when I want to read the rest, I'd have to go and buy it in Chapters or something and that is too expensive...  Q.Q
And that's why I usually don't collect manga! All I have are random volumes of series I like, and ones that I got on birthdays!

So anyways, I bought a couple of Crayon Shin-chan volumes (3 & 4) last year, so I decided to get a couple more! I got 5, 6, and 7 this time. I wanted to get 8, 9 and 10 too but that would be almost 50 bucks.. ><
I could buy it.. but sooner or later I'd feel a twinge of regret as to why I spent $50 on this inappropriate child's manga. I also bought MW (which I was looking for everywhere last year but was always sold out), Vol 2 of Oooku (大奥), and Vol 8 and 9 of Gantz! A very random selection!

Other than that, I bought a bunch of pins, a Beelzebub bookmark, a bunch of Digimon plushies (Palamon and Gomamon), a couple of bow hairties (which now that I look at them, I can honestly make them myself...) and a Taichi/Agumon phone strap that I gave to my brother.

Oh, I almost forgot! I got there a little early yesterday because I wanted to go to the Dealer's Room, and browse around, but I couldn't go in because there was an ambulance there! I met one of my friend's randomly and we were just walking around when I spotted another Hilda! I went up to her to take a picture and noticed she had and Oga and Furuichi with her too! XD Haha I was seriously excited because I thought no one else would be cosplaying from there! But my friend took a picture of me with Oga and Furuichi! The guy told me to hold this little Beelzebub he had.. and I did! But after I left and was just wandering around, I noticed that there were little white hairs all over me T_T Whatever he made Beelzebub out of left a lot of stuff on me... -_-

And that's all for now! Haha, it still ended up becoming a long post because I just can't seem to be able to stop talking!

One more exam to go! Just a little under 5 hours left...!
I panicked so much for Calculus yesterday... and it was actually somewhat hard.. Thank goodness I ended up focusing more on trig substitutions and integration by parts! But the graphs were bad, as usual -_-

Today is the statistics exam. It won't be so bad.. since we're allowed to take in a formula sheet! That's what I have a problem with on a test usually anyways. I can never remember the full formula! I'll get most of it right, but I mess up on one term and I get a totally ridiculous answer, like a negative variance! Haha, once on my Management econ test, there was a question about what the optimal level of workers were, and I messed up the formula.

Real Answer: 4
My Answer: 2 400 000

The prof mentioned it too when we were going over the answers. If he said my name or looked at me at that point, I would have died of embarrassment!

But I can't wait till I'm done! I will definitely start cleaning my room after today! I left all the stuff I bought at Micheals in the car so I can only use it after cleaning up and shifting everything around!

I went to the library after a long time yesterday. I got a bunch of French grammar books to help me review BECAUSE I'M GOING TO A FRENCH IMMERSION SCHOOL IN TROIS PISTOLES DURING THE SUMMER! XD I'm sooo excited!
eri
And I borrowed some movies too~ Shaun of the Dead and The Wicker Man. I've seen The Wicker Man already, but I thought it was kinda interesting, so I wanted to watch it again with my mom. And Shaun of the Dead has been recommended and I want to watch something funny after this exam..

I just saw the trailer for The Descent, which is also on my list... Scared the crap out of me, but I want to watch it!

Gahhh back to studying! I've successfully wasted 25 minutes! I can't believe it's raining again today.. what a gloomy day..

Today's picture is not some random Arashi picture. Tis the squishy onigiri pillow that I made!

Oh man, I seriously can't even get up to go to my 2nd last day of classes..! Even though I know that I have to go get calculus notes from last week's class, and seeing as I have a French test tomorrow, I should also be going to the last review class.. right? But damn it... It's Monday, and I really don't feel like leaving the house! >.<
But I know that I have to gooo...

I mean, I'll be lazing around at home on Wed anyways, since classes end tomorrow!

Maybe I should just ask someone to send me the notes...  but then I've got to be totally productive today! So I shall do some calculus, finish doing the exercises in my cahier, and, because it somewhat calms me down, I'll write some kanji! I have to fool around less!

Today's picture: Their smiles can warm my heart on such a cold, cold day~

Can you believe that it was snowing again yesterday?! Canada... *shakes fist* Let it be spring weather already!

I don't think my calculus test is going to go very well today.. Although, I don't think it's so bad that I'll flunk it. *sigh* Just have to try I guess...
I honestly wasted so much time... even though I skipped a couple of days! The closer it gets to the end, the lazier/less motivated I get.
Gotta leave in 30 mins... >< I'll just get it over with...
Riida can cheer me up a little <3

I can't believe that my 2nd year is going to finish in a few weeks! It's the crucial part now, isn't it?
I've got to work hard with the math courses and bring my mark up! There's still 70% of the mark left to be calculated, so I should be able to do it! What on earth is going in calculus now anyways? What is a hyperbola? I told myself I'd look it up when I got home, so maybe I should do that.

A hyperbolic function is a function of an angle expressed as a relationship between the distances from a point on a hyperbola to the origin and to the coordinate axes, as hyperbolic sine or hyperbolic cosine: often expressed as combinations of exponential functions. - From dictionary.com

o_o ... I think I need to think that through a little...

Hmm I have to improve my French mark too! I still need to learn more words so I can actually speak without having to struggle and come up with the word in a different language. I've got a mini-contrôle tomorrow.. hope I can remember all the new words! I always have the most trouble with that part!

I haven't made a single thing recently.. so I'm feeling a little depressed~ The last time I made something was my little star-dust ball pendant (which ended up breaking, so I still have to fix it). And then I kinda lost my round nose pliers somewhere in my room, and it's been very difficult to locate. That probably has something to do with the mess.. ^.^" I need to cleeeannnn! I think my messy environment is also getting me down! I really want to make something! I can't wait till after April 5th! At least after that I'll be able to relax a little more while studying math! And after Apr 16th and 17th, I'll be completely free, and hopefully with a clean room!

Sure, I get super motivated to clean when my friends are coming over, but otherwise, I don't think I'm bothered because of my messiness.. It's certainly not a good habit to have...If I ever live in an apartment with someone, I think my roommate probably won't ever come into my room! :(

Ok, getting off topic! Gotta clean the room! That's what I need to do.. THIS WEEK! I'm pooped on the weekend anyways after work, so obviously not on those days. Whyyy is there so much to do with so little time!? I think, since I'm off Friday and the house will be peaceful with no one to bother me, I shall clean then! But I need something to make me do it on the actual day.. I don't think my determination to clean everything up can last for another 3 days! o_o

I'll be 21 soon. So.. I have to do this! On my own! And then I want to decorate! I've kept all my posters under my bed for 6 months because everything was still messy! I want my Arashi wall... D:

Oh no.. it's already 1:25 AM...I have to sleep and go to class early. Hopefully I get a lot of sleep on the bus/train, depending on when I wake up. And with that, I'm off to bed! Here's some cute pictures I found!

I really want to make something like this already!! I already bought the silicone and icing tip already too.. =3

Soon.. soon.. Just have to be patient till tests are over!

I'm such a lazy bum...

I really don't want to study... I have 2  exams.. On wed and Fri... and I just don't want to study... and there's a couple of overdue assignments which I have to send in soon before the exam... ><

Lol, I should be working my ass off right now but yet I'm camly watching Himitsu no Arashi-chan..! I seriously suck.. I left EVERYTHING to the last minute! I haven't even finished reading parts of the book for one course... and I have less than 5 days to go! ><

Ahh.. I really want it to be over! I really can't wait for the holidays! I can finally get back to my hobbies! I've picked up a few more that I want to try, but I promised myself I wouldn't start until exams are done! It's sad really. I can have an unbreakable concentration when it comes to my hobbies, like for hours and hours... but I can't handle reading my textbook for 1 hour! How am I going to survive in this world...? ;_;

Whatever... This is just something I have to do! It doesn't matter if I don't like it! I just have to get it over with and get on with my life! I can't afford to fail here! Which means... to be fully focused, my laptop needs to go away for the next week! Well after I email all my assignments in.. which will be TOMORROW NIGHT!

I WILL DO IT
I WILL DO IT
I WILL DO IT
I WILL DO IT
I WILL DO IT
I WILL DO IT

Ok, that got my fired up a little! I think I might just repeat that in my head next week lol

Not going to be doing anything tonight... so I might as well get some rest -_-

Ahh~ Arashi week was definitely very awesome!

ホントにサイコーだった

So I finally caught up on all the Odoroki SPs just in time for the 10th anniverary live show and 6th Odoroki, but I'll get to that later :P

My favourite is definitely the boat drama~! They've already tried so many boats.. like the paper (more like cardboard) boat, an ice floe, a leaf boat, a straw boat and a kelp boat~! When will Captain Sho finally be able to reach Hatsushima/Tokyo Bay? I wonder what crazy boat the Professor will request this time~?!

Paper Boat

 Ice Floe

Leaf Boat

 Straw Boat

Kelp Boat

Mirror-man is pretty funny too! Haha I love it so much~! I always laugh when they zoom in on Aiba-chan and show how awkwardly he stands out! I can't believe he thinks that attaching mirrors all over his body will make him invisible! Lol he looks more like  a robot than an invisible guy!

Mirror-man on a beach

Mirror-man in a forest

Mirror-man on a ski slope

Mirror-man near some illuminations or something

Hottoke experiments were really funny in D no Arashi, but in Odoroki it's all just plant and vegetable experiments like changing their colours.. or like reshaping them... Not as interesting.. T_T
Apparently in the 6th SP, Ohno and Nino will try to take revenge and make a sakura tree bloom in the fall~!

Another interesting one from the 4th and 5th SP was the newspaper balloon! They try to build a hot air balloon out of newspaper, and that includes the basket and wires! It's just so unbelievable~! Hehe and Sho-chan gets chosen to ride it!

Bibiri Sho-chan haha

But unfortunately.. the balloon is too weak.. and it rips

Jun and everyone else is so dissapointed because all their hard work has gone to waste..

But of course, Sho-chan is :)

And the same thing happened in the 5th SP even though they made it stronger.. Lol, maybe they should stop using such weak materials

So, the 10th anniversary SP... I totally woke up super early and started to watch it on KeyHole TV... and the next thing I know it's 10 AM and there's some show with Downtown on... I can't believe I fell asleep! I really wanted to watch their 3D experiment live~! Well.. I watched it a little while ago and it went well! I had 3D glasses and they really did 'jump out' of the screen!

The last thing I remember was the experiment with Jun where the thing he's sitting on hits something with incredible force and he goes flying out of it.. :O
Ahh~ I want to watch the rest of it~! I'm downloading it.. but Megaupload sucks because of it's download limit... guess it's going to take a couple of days.. -_-

And I'm going to stop here~ So here's 2 random pictures that really made me laugh this week!

So I had my first driving school class... Almost 6 hours of driving theory stuff.. like restrictions, and what can happen if you disobey, road signs, traffic stuff, car parts.. stuff like that! Definitely tiring.. I have 3 more days of this.. -_-

Tomorrow, Monday and next Saturday... will be long lol.

But I have my first actual driving class on Thursday morning... Ahhh I'm scared! ><  Too many driving accident horror stories... Haha but if all goes well, I can do my G2 test on Nov 17.. but before that I need to be completely prepared!

Today's random picture: Oh-chan's drawing of a blue demon~!

Wow, I really like this layout~! Especially that little border design at the end of my last post! So pretty! XD

So I heard yesterday that they're making a live action movie of the anime Gantz. And guess who's playing the lead?

Yep, Nino-chan and Matsuyama Kenichi! ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥
I recently watched the anime and it's ok. I mean, it's got a lot of action, violence and gore.. I usually don't watch stuff like this, but I started it, and lol I felt that I should finish it! But it was pretty interesting!

Basically it's about these 2 guys, Kei-chan and Katou, who were killed by a train while they were trying to help this homeless man get off the tracks. However, instead of dying, they went to this apartment with a lot of  other people who had also recently died. There, they were told by this giant black ball to kill some type of alien, and after they do, then they are allowed to return to the real world. But if you die in the other world, then you're also dead in the real world. And they keep getting called back by Gantz (the black ball) to keep defeating aliens.

I'm excited to see this movie though! Not because of the anime, but because of those two! ^.^
Nino is going to play Kei-chan and Matsuyama Kenichi is going to play Katou. It'll be cool to see Nino in an action movie, but his character's pretty perverted... I wonder how he'll do it! ><

That's all for today~!

I was going to go to the ROM today... but the weather's really crappy.. so I'll go on Tuesday! And yay, I start driving school tomorrow! One step closer to driving on my own! :P
